Fay McGrew has been practicing for 50 years and is the only Women’s Qigong Instructor in Southern California.

Women of all ages and physical abilities are welcome.

This is an opportunity to explore unique meditations and gentle fluid exercises created by women masters for stress reduction, weight loss, gynecological health, and developing strong feminine energy.

Unite with the vitalizing energy of Springtime through the rejuvenating Women’s Qigong practice for this season of rebirth and renewal.
