heart month, give yourself a personal Valentine with Women’s Qigong.
learn graceful feminine movements and meditations promoting energetic
and physical awareness for a healthy heart state of mind for prevention of
and recovery from heart disease.
All physical abilities welcome, may be done standing or sitting in a chair.
