As February is women’s healthy heart month, give yourself a personal Valentine with Women’s Qigong.
Learn graceful feminine movements and meditations promoting energetic and physical awareness for a healthy state of mind in prevention of and recovery from heart disease.
Women of all ages and physical abilities are welcome.
You may stand or sit in a chair. This is an ongoing class, join anytime.
