Zell Bautista

Fitness Specialist

Zell is a passionate and lively individual, with a hearty love for laughter.

From an early age, his passion for health and wellness came to inception from his Kung Fu master’s wise words, “You must have balance in life; if you know how to harm, you must know how to heal.” He went on to attend San Diego State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, aiming to enter the career field of physical therapy.

Zell is well-versed in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and injury management. He reinforced these skills working as a Physical Therapy Aide in the Wellness Center Physical Therapy Department. While there, he had the opportunity to assist a diverse group of people, ranging from those in their teens to those in their nineties.

Additionally, Zell is very personable and is passionate about helping those recovering from injuries or surgery. Living an active lifestyle, he has experienced his own share of injuries and knows what it’s like to work hard to get back on one’s feet again. In his free time, Zell loves to cook, do judo, jiu-jitsu, go hiking, camping, and sailing.

With a strong foundation in healthcare, he is looking forward to expanding his skill set in the fitness field and is excited to work with you in achieving your goals!
