Personal Trainer
Vanessa finds great joy in interacting with people and getting to know their special stories and what makes them unique! While she focused mainly on studying the brain and mental health in college, her ultimate goal is to become an Occupational Therapist. She has worked in a couple of in-patient and out-patient clinics in the past. For Vanessa, Wellness doesn’t just mean physical wellness. She believes we should all be training our bodies as well as our minds to be the best that they can be.
For many, overcoming a negative mindset is half the battle, and with a good mindset you can achieve almost anything. She also believes fitness can be very enjoyable through versatility. She will help you through mental blocks that will push you through physical blocks while also making it fun, ultimately allowing you to feel your best mentally and physically while reaching all of your wellness goals.
