
Personal Trainer
Shane Brinson is a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual. His passion in life is to physically and mentally support those pursuing health and wellness while simultaneously teaching the importance of healthy living and proper movement mechanics. His education has provided invaluable knowledge and experience regarding efficient exercise progression, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and proper nutrition.
Shane has a broad background in training, coaching, and teaching having been a NCAA DI head dive coach, high school head track and field coach, physical education teacher, and more. Shane is currently the assistant cross country/track and field coach at NCAA DII Point Loma Nazarene University, in which he has produced numerous national qualifiers, conference champions, and school records. As an advocate of exercise and lifetime wellness, he is also a firm believer in everyone finding fitness avenues that they particularly enjoy.
Shane allows his personal exercise habits and sporting pursuits, such as triathlons, mountain biking, weightlifting, diving, soccer, and rugby, to serve as examples for those seeking a healthy, enjoyable, and pain-free lifestyle.
