Massage Therapist

EDUCATION:

Rachel has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Applied Health, Nutrition and Kinesiology; a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and completed her Massage Therapy program at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health.

EXPERIENCE:

Rachel has worked alongside Physicians to implement Massage Therapy into their Wellness Journey.  She has in depth knowledge of various massage and physical therapy procedures. Her in-depth knowledge in Sport Massage was honed while working with the Padres.

SPECIALTY:

Rachel specializes in injury prevention and care. Her experience with manual therapy and working with physicians allows her to help her client recovery from longstanding injuries. She loves to incorporate Aromatherapy into her treatments for targeted recovery.
