Matt has been a local trainer in the San Diego area since 2013. He began his career coaching student athletes in high school and collegiate programs. He has since developed an eclectic portfolio, including working with those with 100+ pound weight loss goals, post surgery, pregnancy and injury recovery, as well as strength, balance and endurance coaching. Matt has also developed and coached sport specific training programs for weight lifting, golf, basketball, gymnastics, tennis and equestiry.
