Luis Corona

Medical Integration Coordinator

Luis is a Southern California native who has a diverse educational and occupational background in the health and wellness field. In his role as our Medical Integration Coordinator, he incorporates exercise into the lives of individuals within special populations, such as: cancer, diabetes, Parkinson’s, stroke, high blood pressure, pre/post-orthopedic surgery and more.

Previously, Luis conducted research regarding thermoregulation in surf wetsuits at Cal State San Marcos and was a clinical cancer exercise specialist at the University of Northern Colorado Cancer Rehabilitation Institute.

With his diverse knowledge and experience, Luis is now a Certified Exercise Physiologist and has developed a passion for disease prevention and attenuation through exercise. He strongly believes that evidence-based prescribed exercise and education can facilitate activities of daily living, quality of life and improve overall health.
