Chantil Londhair

Medical Integration Fitness Specialist

After running helped her through a difficult time in her life, Chantil became a firm believer in the physiological power of exercise and its ability to transform physical and mental fitness. From her own personal transformation, she developed a passion for health advocacy and physical-activity promotion. At our Center, Chantil lives out her passion through her roles as Medical Integration Fitness Specialist and Lucky 13 Running Coach.

Chantil graduated with honors from Cal State University San Marcos, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health Science. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Massage Therapist, has experience in teaching and coaching, and spent time as a Certified Nursing Assistant in which she provided care for those with neurological disease.

She has always gravitated towards fields in which she could be of service to others and considers it an honor to now serve the Medical Integration and Lucky 13 programs. With a smile on her face, she finds purpose in helping members feel happy, healthy, and strong – both physically and mentally.
