Cameron’s goal here at Tri-City is to help others reach their fitness goals while learning more about how their bodies work. His training style follows his philosophy “Live Stronger, Live Longer” which emphasizes a well-rounded training program along with routine self-care practices such as stretching so that you can achieve your fitness goals while staying injury free and ready to tackle whatever life has to throw at you!
