Personal Trainer/ Medical Integration Instructor
Brandon is a kind, joyful and outgoing person who truly enjoys building healthy and long lasting relationships. Brandon has been passionate about exercise for over 10 years, ranging from swimming, strength training, powerlifting, calisthenics, and all types of sports!
He finds great satisfaction in providing fun and practical exercises which interchange between many different styles: Corrective Exercise, Powerlifting, Performance Enhancement and Strength Training are a few of his specialties. Brandon’s primary goal is to provide health awareness and training that can achieve healthy and active lifestyles while preventing acute and chronic injuries.
Brandon is very thankful to be a part of this amazing team and could not be more excited to teach others about health and fitness as he partners with members, friends and colleagues in training and exercise!

Another major passion of his is music! He has been playing the piano, guitar, and drums for as long as he can remember, and it is a great privilege of his to be able to write and compose music, and lead worship!
