Ana is a kind-hearted and compassionate individual who you will always find with a smile on her face and ready to help others in any way that she can. 

Ana learned to value the importance of health and wellness and the enormous impact it has on life at a young age when she witnessed her sister suffer from Muscular Dystrophy.  She is passionate about encouraging others to recover from physical and emotional setbacks-through hard work, resilience, and determination anything is possible. 

In high school, she ran cross country, track, and field, and played tennis. She is currently attending Cal State San Marcos and is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.

FUN FACT 

Ana enjoys her leisure time by hiking, watching sunsets at the beach, running, taking pictures, journaling, and meeting new people. She is eager to get to learn about your fitness journey and work alongside an incredible team who advocates for your health.
