Women’s Qigong for Breast Health
One in eight women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year. Learn simple clinically proven techniques for breast wellness including deep relaxation, meditation, self massage, and fluid movement for overall feminine health. The same exercises are effective in the recovery of breast health challenges. Women of all ages & physical abilities are welcome. You may stand or sit in a chair.
Classes take place on Tuesdays, September 3-October 29, from 11:30 am-12:30 pm in the Conference Room.
