Women’s Qigong for a Healthy Heart 

A woman’s heart is the center of her being. As February is women’s healthy heart month, give yourself a personal Valentine with Women’s Qigong.  Learn graceful feminine movements and meditations promoting energetic and physical awareness for a healthy state of mind in prevention of and recovery from heart disease.

All physical abilities welcome. May be done standing or sitting in a chair.

On-going class, join anytime. Classes take place on Tuesdays, 2.4.20-2.18.20 from 11:30am-12:30pm (no class 2.25).
