Did you know that yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student? The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing instruction to meet the needs of the individual student. Today’s group classes are fun, energizing, and create a strong sense of community; however, in a group teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention and guidance that one might need. If you are looking to start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern, allow me to create a unique yoga practice just for you.

My 800 hours of yoga training helps me create a special session for a member that includes body-friendly yoga poses, yoga breathing, and meditation. Each session consists of gentle restorative yoga that works very deeply in the body allowing healthy changes to manifest in your life. I would be honored to personally guide you through private sessions to help renew your health, and restore and maintain a higher state of wellness.
