Mi Classes Canceled on Memorial Day Monday, 5.27.19

Hello Medical Integration Family!

We have made some changes to our class schedule, these changes are designed to give the trainers more time to speak with you before and after class as well as to enhance the flow of the classes throughout the day.

These changes will be put into effect on Wednesday, 5.1.19. We look forward to these positive changes and  to walking beside you on your path to wellness!

Help Us Welcome Kristi to the Medical Integration Team!

As the Medical Integration family grows, so must the team behind this incredible program. We are excited to introduce Kristi as the newest team member of Medical Integration! Many of you have already seen her smiling face in your Mi Strength, Mi Cardio, or Mi Neuro sessions.

Kristi believes that we deserve to live our best lives at any stage and looks forward to guiding members through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and habits, and encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.

Kristi has a B.S. from the University of Oregon in Fitness Management as well as certifications that include ACSM, Pre and Post Natal, and Egoscue Posture Assessment/Programming, just to name a few. We are very fortunate to add such a qualified trainer to our program. Please join us in giving Kristi a warm welcome!
