Mind Body Studio

 

Every day in March the Pilates community posts one Pilates Mat exercise in their original order as intended by Joseph Pilates.  The intention is to bring awareness to each exercise , the form and logic behind each. It is an artful practice of body weight movements that are invigorating and effective in conditioning the whole body.

This class will introduce the basics , the breath and core connections of Pilates Mat and kick off March MATness!

Complimentary, 27 max, Service Desk registration required.
