Workout for Water – Les Mills Launch

UNICEF and Les Mills have developed Workout for Water to help make every child’s right to clean, safe and sustainable water a reality.

It’s hard to imagine having to walk four hours just to fill up your drink bottle, but that’s the reality for thousands of children in East Africa. Workout for Water funds raised in 2019 will support UNICEF’s work to complete the Lega and Yelam Gej multi-village solar-powered water systems in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. Their goal is to raise USD$5 million.

Join us in raising  funds that will directly support UNICEF’s work to build two solar-powered water systems in Ethiopia. #workoutforwater

Qigong of the Heart

Summer is the season associated with life force energy of the Heart – personal growth, harmony, and abundance of unconditional love.

Feel the Joy! Nourish your Heart, the energetic center for women, with special meditations, relaxing breathing exercises, and “Emitting the Fragrance” Qigong form – gentle dance – like Qigong movements for feminine vitality, increase energy, and inner peace.

Women of all ages and physical abilities are welcome.

You may stand or sit in a chair. This is an ongoing class, join anytime.
