Barre Crawl,  Walk In – Crawl out

Location – Group Exercise Studio

Time – 9:30 Bodypump (45 minutes) BAR-BELL workout

             10:15 -11:30 BARRE class with your instructor TEAM (Barre-tenders)

Join us for a healthy Barre Crawl!

The class will begin with an elegant, energetic warm up, leading to a combination of movements to enhance flexibility, improve balance and strengthen your legs and glutes.

We will use the Barre, small balls and gliding discs to maximize results.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Join this beautiful Tahitian cardio dance fitness class where you will move your hips, tone your legs, and strengthen your core with Marianne M. Bring a Sarong, if you have one.

This is an ongoing class, join anytime.

Come explore the gracious beauty of Hawaiian Hula dance. Learn step by step dances of the Islands.

Sophie has been dancing and performing Hawaiian Hula for over 20 years, and has studied and practiced Hula with various teachers in Hawaii, San Diego, and Orange County. Sophie has been teaching private Hula lessons for over 10 years.


Springtime Women’s Qigong

Dates – Tuesdays, 3.5.19-4.30.19 *NO CLASS 4.9.19

Unite with the vitalizing energy of Springtime through the rejuvenating Women’s Qigong practice for this season of rebirth and renewal/ Feel energized specific dance like exercises for women of all ages – especially beneficial for women with menstruation challenges, perimenopause, & menopause. Women of all ages and physical abilities are welcome. You may stand or sit in a chair. This is an ongoing class, join anytime. Complimentary for members.
