Join Blyth, Shawndee, Allyson, and Katherine for a healthy Barre Crawl! The class will begin with an elegant, energetic warm up, leading to a combination of movements to enhance flexibility, improve balance and strengthen your legs and glutes. We will use the Barre, small balls and gliding discs and Loop bands to maximize results.
