Hopefully It’s Not Goodbye, It’s See You Later.

Having to say goodbye to great members is one of the hardest parts of our job, but we understand that sometimes life’s circumstances makes it seem like there is no other alternative. As an alternative, we can place a hold on your membership for a reduced monthly fee. Another option is that we can place a temporary hold on your membership for a nominal monthly fee for a specific period of time, up to 6 months per calendar year. If you are experiencing a medical issue, we have options where your hold fee may be waived completely with appropriate medical documentation. Please contact Member Services at 760.931.3171 for more information.  Or, you may be eligible for a different type of membership and/or level of access. If there is anything we can do before you request your cancellation, please contact us instead.
