Booking Gentle Yoga M/W/F 12pm and Other Select Classes in the MindBody app Mind Body, News & Events

Note: Online sign ups open at 9 AM the day before and close at 11:55 PM (Sun, Tues, Thurs).  There are 13 online spots and 14 in person slots (in person available starting at 9 AM on class day.  When using the “desktop” website, select “make single reservation” only.

  1. Open the free MindBody app and sign in to your member account with your email address on file and password
  2. On the home page, if you’ve already saved us as a favorite, click “Tri-City Wellness and Fitness Center” to view our schedule
  3. Find the correct date (Mon, Wed, Fri) by scrolling through the dates at top of screen. Then find 12 PM by scrolling down until you see “Gentle Yoga”
  4. Click “Book”
  5. A small pop-up will appear at bottom of screen. Click “Book” again.  (Do not select “register as unpaid”)
  6. Then an orange screen will read “Enjoy your class.” This confirms your successful booking.
  7. Click the “X” on the top right to exit that screen.
  8. If you need to cancel, please use the app or call the Service Desk.
  9. Please arrive by 11:55 AM to pick up your reserved pass. After 11:55 AM, we will give any remaining reserved passes away to those on the wait-list.
