Check out this month’s Active Education with Cecilia in the Lap Pool Deep Water! This will be a high-intensity interval training, HIIT, and strengthen your abs, upper body and lower body.
Event will take place on Friday, August 16th, from 12-12:20 PM in the Lap Pool.
All levels are welcome to attend.
