Aqua Small Group Training

Are you ready for an intense and rewarding aqua series? Celica will be leading sessions in a personalized, small group setting to help develop speed, agility and endurance in the water. We will focus on the core, upper body, balance, and coordination using Aqualogix equipment and flotation belts.

Aqua Class Schedule Updates

Please note the following aquatic class schedule changes beginning April 2:

Tuesday/ Thursday 1:30-2:30 pm Aqua-Motion- Cancelled

Tuesday/ Thursday 12:30- 1:30 pm changes from Aqua Lite to Aqua Motion.

NEW! Sunday Aqua Yoga (Yoga Flow) starts April 5 from 10-11am with Katie Beroukhim.


HydroWorx Demos
