ERIN SKODA - REGISTERED DIETICIAN
Erin is a Registered Dietitian and member of the American Dietetic Association, as well as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is passionate about educating people about nutrition through group classes as well as individualized counseling. Her goal is to help you enjoy food while viewing it as fuel that nourishes the body. She has a strong interest in preventing and treating chronic diseases through a balanced approach of diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications. Her focus when working with clients is helping them develop realistic and results-oriented goals that complement their lifestyle.
Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Point Loma Nazarene University with a B.A. in Exercise Science. She went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University, while she completed their dietetics program. Erin completed her dietetic internship while working at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
