Group Exercise FAQs
Q. What is a particular class like?
A: The best way to find out what a class is all about is to research that class, ask other members, ask an instructor, read the class description, or just watch the first time. Attending a class for the first time can seem intimidating, but you can be certain that everyone, including the instructor, was new to that class at one time and they all went through the same learning process.
Q. Do I have to pay extra for a class?
A: No, members of Tri-City Wellness Center can attend any one of our land and aquatic group exercise classes at no charge. Only semi-private Pilates Reformer classes and our Medical Integration programs require an additional fee.
