This 58,000 square foot facility offers a variety of standard fitness and wellness programs as well as medically integrated programming. The Wellness Center features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, professional staff, as well as a full menu of services designed to create an invigorating, relaxing experience. These include:

  • Free weight training equipment
  • Resistance training equipment
  • Cardiovascular training equipment
  • Lap pool, warm-water activity pool and whirlpool
  • Cushioned walk/jog indoor track
  • Group exercise studios and stretching area
  • Spacious locker rooms with separate women’s and men’s steam, sauna and massage rooms
  • Individualized personal training
  • Massage Therapy

Our full-service locker rooms include complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing lotion, shaving cream and hair dryers. We also provide built-in digital locks for your convenience. There is no need to bring your own padlock.
