Orthopedic Fitness: Next Step

You’re on the road to recovery and our program is the best Next Step. This program is designed to guide individuals who have recently completed physical therapy and are looking for a continued fitness and rehab program, with a certified professional, who will direct a personalized exercise program to keep you on the path to full recovery and help prevent re-injury.

 Other program benefits include:

  • Initial and on-going fitness assessments to track progress
  • Increased strength and stamina
  • A supportive, motivating group environment
