You’re on the road to recovery and our program is the best Mi Ortho. This program is designed to guide individuals who have recently completed physical therapy and are looking for a continued fitness and rehab program, with a certified professional, who will direct a personalized exercise program to keep you on the path to full recovery and help prevent re-injury.

 Other program benefits include:

  • Initial and on-going fitness assessments to track progress
  • Increased strength and stamina
  • A supportive, motivating group environment
