Weight Loss Program

Tri-City Wellness & Fitness Center has partnered with Itrim to provide you with a science-based, clinically proven, comprehensive weight loss program. Your personal dietitian will incorporate eating, exercise, and encouragement to inspire you to become your ideal self. 

Itrim offers a variety of different meal plan options to choose from.  You have the choice of using meal replacements or food from your own kitchen or a combination of both. You will meet with the Itrim Dietitian and learn what will be the best program to fit your lifestyle and goals. 

Workshops are held at Tri-City Wellness & Fitness Center every other week for 6 months. Workshops will provide nutrition education, behavior modification techniques, group support, recipes, stress management and many more resources to support your success.
EXERCISEItrim helps you develop an active lifestyle with increased “everyday exercise” and activities you enjoy.  Members at Tri-City Wellness & Fitness Center have over 130 group fitness classes a week, including aqua, yoga, Pilates and much more. We encourage you to plan exercise that fits your unique needs.

Itrim is facilitated by Katie Di Lauro, RDN.  Katie has been in the wellness field for over 15 years, as a clinical dietitian with a specialty in adult weight management. Katie brings her enthusiasm and expertise in health and wellness to help you navigate your own personal journey toward your goals.
