Schedule

We welcome our members to jump in and try any of our group fitness classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center. Each of our land and aquatic classes is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! TCWC offers 130 land and aquatic classes including: yoga classes, pilates classes, group cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, Aquatics, BodyCombat, and more. Please check out this month’s group fitness schedule below and begin to plan your week.
