This practice is for the more experienced Yogi looking for a challenging, faster-paced flow. Vinyasa Level 2 will focus on the breath as well as challenging poses and sequences. This class will offer advanced poses to those participants who are ready for the challenge, expanding the limits of the body through deep back bends and intense arm balances and inversion (up to the instructor’s discretion). It is highly recommended that participants take Vinyasa Level 1 regularly before attending a Vinyasa Level 2 class. (1 1/2 hour format). Please bring your own mat.
