    Tai Chi for Beginners is an introduction to the Tai Chi for Health programs. Included with be Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation and Tai Chi for Beginners (Yang style). Based on Sun style characterized by its powerful Qigong elements, agile steps and flowing movements that are ideal for developing inner strength and enhancing healing and relaxation, Tai Chi for Arthritis is fun to do and easy to learn.
