    Aqua-Lite uses the freedom of the water to improve range of motion, flexibility and overall strength. Water walking is used to improve cardiovascular endurance, core strength and balance. Proper breathing techniques are incorporated as well.

    On a scale of 1-10 this is easy to moderate activity. Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) 3 – 4
