ZUMBA is a fun and energetic, Latin-based dance exercise featuring salsa, flamenco,mambo, samba, and hip-hop, Caribbean, belly dance and more. Each class is filled with a fusion of exhilarating Latin and International heart pumping music specially choreographed to incorporate multiple dance themes that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that will tone sculpt the body and will leave you energized. The repetitive hi-low dance steps and moves are easy to follow. Prior dance experience is not required.

A prenatal fitness program created to safely and effectively teach women to exercise throughout their pregnancy. Stroller Strides® is offering this program for women in any stage of pregnancy. Classes include warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching and balancing exercises that change as your baby grows.

Fees SINGLE CLASS $15 10-BLOCK PASS $110 TRI CLASS PASS $199 * Three Classes/Week for 3 Months

MEMBERSHIP $99 One-time registration fee, $55 Monthly dues * Membership allows you to take Stroller Strides classes in addition to your Fit4Baby classes. Classes are for pregnant women only, no strollers.
