You don’t sweat or need to change clothes for this Thereapeutic Body Relaxation class. Based on clinically proven practice, Qigong (pronounced “Chee” gong) is a Therapeutic Body Relaxation class using deep breathing, gentle fluid exercises and stress reduction techniques that really work quickly.
