This enjoyable class provides an introduction to the basic steps of the ancient Chinese exercise/discipline of Tai Chi. Emphasis is placed on balance, flexibility, and ease of movement. You will discover how to increase your range of motion, and use tai chi to improve physical and mental health.

All levels welcome (1 hour format)

You don’t sweat or need to change clothes for this Thereapeutic Body Relaxation class. Based on clinically proven practice, Qigong (pronounced “Chee” gong) is a Therapeutic Body Relaxation class using deep breathing, gentle fluid exercises and stress reduction techniques that really work quickly. May take the class standing and/or seated in a chair. No floor work.  All levels welcome ( 1 hour format)
