Gentle Yoga

This class is ideal for anyone who enjoys a gentler, slower paced yoga class. This gentle stretch class is also suitable for students with special needs. Throughout the class we will practice a series of yoga postures designed to work on all bodily systems. Beginning with breathing exercises, followed by warm-up exercises and postures and concluding the class resting in savasana. Level 1-2 (Class time 1:15 min)
