We welcome our members to jump in and try any of our group exercise classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center. Each of our land and aquatic classes is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! TCWC offers 100 land and aquatic classes including: yoga classes, pilates classes, group cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, Aquatics, BodyCombat, and more. This class is ideal for anyone who enjoys a gentler, slower paced yoga class. This gentle stretch class is also suitable for students with limited mobility. Throughout the class we will practice a series of yoga postures designed to work on all bodily systems. Beginning with breathing exercises, followed by warm-up exercises and postures and concluding the class resting in savasana. Level 1 (Class time 1 hour 15 min). All Gentle Yoga classes require a pass for entrance. Please arrive early and obtain a class pass from the service desk. Bring your own yoga mat.
