Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes postures and breathing in flowing sequences,ending with a relaxing savasana. It is a form of yoga designed to tone, strengthen and improve flexibility, balance and stamina. There is always a strong emphasis on body alignment, with a variety of pose sequences each week. Level 2-3 (Class time 1:15 min)
