We welcome our members to jump in and try any of our group exercise classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center. Each of our land and aquatic classes is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! TCWC offers 100 land and aquatic classes including: yoga classes, pilates classes, group cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, Aquatics, BodyCombat, and more. Aqua-Fit is a fun, fast paced water work out that combines cardio, core, balance and strength training. This is an interval style class with a proper warm up and cool down. Props are used at the instructor’s discretion.
On a scale of 1-10 this is moderate to intense activity. Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) 6 – 8.
