Each of our group exercise classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! We welcome our members to jump in and try any of our 100 land and aquatic classes including: yoga classes, pilates, group cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, aquatics, BodyCombat, and more. Aquafit is a fun, fast-paced water work out that combines cardio, core, balance and strength training. This is an interval style class with a proper warm up and cool down. Weights, noodles and other props are used at the instructor’s discretion.
RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion): 6-8
*Pass required, issued at the front desk.
