Each of our group exercise classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! We welcome our members to jump in and try any of our 100 land and aquatic classes including: yoga classes, pilates, group cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, aquatics, BodyCombat, and more. Tri-AQUA Level 2 is an educational interval class that includes combinations of low impact and range of motion exercises. With a proper warm up and cool down, bursts of cardio are added to bring the heart rate up.
RPE (Rate of perceived Exertion): 4-6
