Water Works

Waterworks is a total aquatics physical fitness program and a pain-free way to exercise. Waterworks uses aerobics to condition the heart, plus the water’s resistance to work joints and muscles to firm, trim and tone the body. Exercises are done to music in non-competitive, self-paced, fun atmoshpere. * Swimming ability is not required.
