Each of our group exercise classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! RPM™ is an indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. (50 min. format)
