Each of our group exercise classes and events at Tri-City Wellness Center is taught by a certified instructor who is trained to provide an energetic and motivating workout — sure to keep you coming back for more! We welcome our members to jump in and try any of our 100 land and aquatic classes including: yoga classes, pilates, group cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, aquatics, BodyCombat, and more. Forever Fit for seniors combines strength training, flexibility, balance and stretch to improve your overall level of fitness and keep you fit for life! Location Instructor 1:30 pm Chair Yoga
This series of gentle stretching and breathing poses are adapted from traditional hatha yoga. While seated using a chair for support you will learn to improve your overall strength, flexibility and balance. Some standing poses will be offered. Yoga relaxes your body and mind while it’s healing and restorative benefits are what you will take with you throughout your day. Location Instructor |
