Tri-City Wellness Center is the best gym I’ve been a member of.  It is a great place for my entire family.  The Kids Center is great, my kids BEG to go to the gym because of how much fun it is.  We have family nights going to the gym, and I feel like we are setting a good example for the kids.  We feel so comfortable and welcome at Tri-City


This is the best health club we have ever belonged to and the only one we have ever attended regularly.  Considering that my wife and I drive all the way from Escondido to attend that is saying something!

KT is a phenomenal instructor, both in her Fitness is Forever class as well as in her aquatics sessions.  Her instruction is personal, spontaneous, humorous, and effective.  She works all parts of the body and her classes are always unique in that we use different equipment in order to improve our workouts.

I am so happy I joined tcwc.  I have RA, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis.  I had a really hard time moving.  I started the aquatic program with the warm water aerobics, and it has done wonders for my mobility and flexibility.  I try to go 4 days a week and doing so, have 3 different instructors.  Each of them have their own style, and between the three, I get an amazing work outs.  I have never been a “gym fan” but this place is very different and it is working for me.  My doctors are all in agreement that it has been a good thing for me.


I often recommend Tri-City. I've belonged to quality fitness clubs for 50 years and I am very pleased with Tri-City. Everything is kept clean; equipment is in good condition; staff is friendly and helpful; there is enough equipment 


From my first meeting with Katie she has been very encouraging of my efforts to improve my health. When I’ve slipped up with some food choices she has never condemned but simply suggested alternatives that would/could have met my taste cravings with less sugar, salt, fat, and/or carbs. She has done additional research on my behalf and together we have explored recipe ideas, eating schedules, and places where I can get custom-prepared meals that will meet my needs as a diabetic. I recommend her services highly for anyone who needs a jumpstart toward making better food choices and help understanding why one choice may be better than another choice.

I know this is late but this is the only gym I’ve ever been to that feels like a destination…I’m healing so well from many injuries thanks to the aquatic center can’t say enough good things ;)

My wife and I have both been enjoying the Tri-City Wellness  Center for about a year. We live in Solana Beach so it is about a 20 minute drive for us.  The pool and the pool programs have been so outstanding that it has been worth the drive for us.  We belong to a gym in Solana Beach which we use for floor workouts.  It has no pool. 

The variety of pool programs combined with the many excellent instructors makes for a perfect fit for almost anyone.  The facility, itself, is so modern and well thought out that one feels they are a member of a country club.  Tri-City Wellness has truly enriched our lives and made us healthier and fitter people.

CJ is the greatest first… really like her instruction the best, interval, upbeat, always very professional, funny, happy & positive. TCWC is one my favorite things to do on my days off.  It is a beautiful facility and I have been a member for about a year and a half. It is always clean & fresh, friendly, comfortable, and I really enjoy the pleasant & relaxing music!! The aqua classes are great as well as the instructors! The snack bar has a good healthy selection, good pricing & staff. The reception/check-in staff is alert and prompt. Thank you all!

Katie was a great resource in helping me identify some root causes to digestive and energy problems. We worked on solutions that really worked with my work lifestyle. Katie is a great counselor and I highly recommend her to other woman who need to identify some dietary concerns.

I have been a member of TCWC for a year now, and I started doing Aqua classes and found not only an awesome class but one of the most motivated instructors in Sue Feehan Ive ever known. Not only is she inspiring, She’s uplifting, She is positive, and never forgets your name. I found the greatest cardio class and friends for life.


The staff are courteous, professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about the members. Plus it is always kept very clean. And, I also enjoy the food options that are available after a good workout. -- Suzanne

I’m a water exercise junkie. Yep, as many times a week as I can manage to get there, I’m there. Sue Feehan and CJ Addison are my favorites. Also loved Teri Fitzgibbons. They work me harder than I would ever do on my own but make it fun to the beat of “sing-along” music. I have lost weight and inches and gained strength. Started with back problems, had surgery, and now I’m as fit as I’ve ever been in my life and I’m 64 years old. I’ve met the nicest women in my classes and we’ve started getting together outside the gym. In December I lost my Mom and 5 weeks later my husband died. I couldn’t have gotten through it without my water exercise family. It’s more than just a gym for me.

Just wanted to let you know how much your facility, staff, excellent care and your personal concern for my health and well being, has helped me. From the aquatic classes with Sue Feehan and KT, to my swimming lessons with CJ, fitness, is my goal and I now believe I can achieve it.
